The role requires 5 years of combined security/management experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership and customer service skills. We offer a full benefits package, PTO, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 5 years combined experience in security, law enforcement, military, account management, or general management.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and training is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Proficient in basic computer and technology use.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screen, including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift/segment of guarding operations at multiple sites with supervision of officers and staff.
• Meet with line management or client representatives for status updates and issues.
• Ensure service expectations are met through regular client contact.
• Coordinate orientation, training, development, and retention of staff.
• Maintain and submit payroll records and related information with accuracy.
• Communicate scheduling, staffing, equipment, and records to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Perform Security Officer duties as needed.
