Job summary

Securitas seeks an Account Manager in Kenosha, WI to supervise security officers, manage scheduling, payroll, and training, and uphold Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness. You’ll coordinate with client reps, ensure service standards, and lead a high-performing team while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires at least 5 years combined experience in security, account/project management or related fields, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Combined 5 years in security, law enforcement, military, account/project/ general management.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift and segment of guarding operations at multiple sites.
• Meet with line management or client reps for status updates and issues.
• Ensure service expectations are met through client contact.
• Coordinate orientation, training, development, and retention of staff.
• Maintain payroll records and review client/company reports for accuracy.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, and record keeping.
• Perform Security Officer duties as needed.
