Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, including supervision of officers and supervisory staff.
• Meet with line management and client representatives for status updates and issue resolution.
• Ensure service expectations are met through regular client contact.
• Coordinate orientation, training, development, and retention of staff.
• Maintain payroll records and review client and company reports for accuracy.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, and related matters for smooth service delivery.
