Qualifications

• 3–4 years of security industry experience required.
• 3–4 years of security administration and/or business management experience required.
• Experience managing or working with union security contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the security services and related operations for an assigned group of smaller accounts.
• Provide client service and problem resolution; drive service enhancement and expansion.
• Handle staffing, scheduling, supervision and training for site personnel.
• Prepare post orders and coordinate with Security Supervisors as needed.
