Job summary

Citiguard is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between the company and key clients, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships. The role covers security services, problem resolution, service enhancement, and staff management in a customer-focused environment.

The position involves coordinating staffing, reviewing post orders, and developing strategies to improve client satisfaction while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum scheduling experience of 30+ employees.
• Five years of prior experience in the security industry.
• Three years of leadership and supervisory experience.
• Seven years relevant experience: Preferred.
• Must have all required certifications for the role.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key point of client contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for assigned account; evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner.
• Meets regularly with client representatives for status updates and addresses any actual or potential problems.
• Provides support during client start-up; supports security planning, assessments and surveys; reviews and updates post orders.
• Understand client needs and customize existing business programs to meet their needs.
• Responsible for developing new strategies to improve client satisfaction and build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.
• Within scope of client contract and assigned duties, authorizes appropriate expenditures including equipment, supplies, and vehicles; acts to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and administers driver training.
