Job summary

Allied Universal in Sulphur, LA seeks a Security Officer Access Systems Driver to manage site access, verify credentials, monitor entry points, and support a secure environment at a chemical/petrochemical facility. This is a driving position.

The role requires carrying out access-control procedures, issuing and retrieving badges, and responding to incidents with a focus on customer service and safety. Training, growth opportunities, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license in the state where the job is located.
• 1 year of law enforcement experience, 2 years of security-related supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Verify identification and credentials, process visitor and contractor entry, issue and retrieve access badges, and maintain access-control records.
• Monitor entry and exit points, inspect authorized vehicles and materials, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
