Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license in the job location.
• Minimum one year of law enforcement experience or security supervision experience, or three years security experience.
• Access-control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and drivers while following site access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue access documents, and maintain logs.
• Screen visitors and deliveries, direct authorized individuals, and deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter areas and report issues.
