Qualifications

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required under federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at access control procedures and emergency response when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Control access for delivery vehicles and personnel per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and document observations for appropriate escalation.
• Conduct patrols of access points, loading areas, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
