Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while enforcing site procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain records.
• Screen vehicles, deliveries, and personnel; report discrepancies or unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; document observations and notify contacts per procedures.
• Conduct patrols of access points, loading areas, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
