Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Night Security Associate for the 11pm-7am shift, full or part time. You will patrol all floors and grounds, monitor for hazards, and maintain detailed records while ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk every floor and grounds, monitoring for hazards.
• Must maintain documentation and submit required shift records.
• Must participate and be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly rounds across all floors and grounds to ensure safety.
• Identify, assess, and report potential fire risks and hazards.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and documentation after each shift.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members on duty.
