Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking team members to contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for residents. The role emphasizes safety walkthroughs, documentation, and reliable presence on weekends and holidays.

• Ability to walk each floor paying special attention to potential fire risks and hazards
• Required to keep documentation and turning in the required records at the end of each shift
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
