Job summary

The Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Security Officer for The Luce Hotel on Florida's Gulf Coast. You will patrol hotel property, guest areas, beaches, pools, and back-of-house spaces to maintain a safe environment.

Ideal candidates have prior security or customer service experience, a valid Florida Security License (or ability to obtain one), and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous security, hotel, resort, or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Florida Security License preferred or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
