Job summary

The Luce Hotel in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking aSecurity Officer to patrol the property, monitor guest areas, and respond to safety concerns. The role emphasizes professional guest service and collaboration with hotel leadership to maintain a safe environment on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Ideal candidates have prior security or hospitality experience, a valid Florida security license or the ability to obtain one, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous security, hotel, resort, or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid Florida Security License preferred or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in indoor and outdoor environments.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
