Job summary

Rise Brands is seeking a Security team member to greet guests, verify IDs, and answer questions to ensure a safe and welcoming experience. You will welcome guests on arrival, thank them on departure, and encourage returns for another unforgettable night out.

Responsibilities include maintaining security, de-escalating situations, ensuring space cleanliness, and representing the Rise Brands brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Sense of urgency with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Walk/stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed.
• Bar/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests as they enter and thank them as they depart.
• Up-To-Date ID checking verification is a must.
• Support organization and cleanliness of the space when needed.
• De-escalate high-stress situations.
• Observe and detect signs of overconsumption or conflict.
• Respond to and resolve guest issues – notify management when needed.
• Act as a Rise Brands brand ambassador.
