Qualifications

• Establish and grow a securities practice with autonomy, leveraging an existing client base.
• Deep experience in private placements, exempt offerings, fund formation, and related regulatory work.
• Self-sustaining practice management from day one, including client relationships and economics.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead, and grow a securities law practice within the firm with autonomy to build your client base.
• Advise clients on private placements, Regulation D offerings, syndications, and fund formation.
• Counsel closely held companies on securities compliance, governance, and disclosure matters.
• Collaborate with Corporate/M&A, Real Estate, and Lending teams on transactions with securities components.
• Serve as go-to securities resource and convert outside work to in-house engagements.
