As a Securities Operations Specialist II, you will support complex securities and cash-related activities while serving as a key point of contact for clients, investment managers, and internal business partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, financial services, or business processing.
• Experience using SEI Trust 3000 and Salesforce in securities/ custody operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex securities activities, including trading, income processing, entitlements, and cash-related transactions.
• Differentiate, process, reconcile, and investigate exceptions related to securities and cash transactions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, investment managers, and internal partners by researching inquiries, resolving operational issues, coordinating solutions across teams, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Review time-critical documents while ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate situations involving multiple departments to resolve operational challenges and support business objectives.
• Investigate and resolve transaction breaks, trade exceptions, and other operational issues while effectively handling escalations through resolution.
• Provide department-level reporting using multiple data sources.
• Provide training, guidance, and operational support to team members while assisting with procedure updates and process improvement initiatives.
• Back up other operational desks and work under minimal supervision.
