Qualifications

• 2-5 years of dedicated securities litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing complex corporate SEC filings.
• Conducting deep factual and legal research to support case strategies.
• Drafting pleadings, briefs, and substantive motions.
• Assisting with the formulation and drafting of discovery demands.
• Overseeing and managing document review processes.
