We are seeking a proactive and motivated Paralegal to join our compliance and legal team. This role is 100% virtual, offering you the flexibility to manage your work from anywhere. Responsibilities• Assist with Compliance Testing and Documentation (Email Review, Billing Review, Advertising Review, Etc.)
• Assist with drafting and maintaining corporate records and contracts.
• Organize legal documents and maintain charts, spreadsheets, files, and status trackers.
• Preparation of opinion letters regarding restrictive legends and applicable backup materials.
• Assist in the reorganizations of corporate subsidiaries and related matters.
• File corporate annual reports and related filings in various states.
• Trial prep and support.
• Providing administrative support for documents and activities related to corporate restructurings, such as mergers, formations, and dissolutions.
• Manage email inbox and calendar.
Qualifications• Steady, even pace of activity. A large degree of predictability from one day to the next. Job activities are consistent or even repetitive in nature, and results are repeatable. Well-defined processes and procedures exist to perform activities.
