Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Producing Manager for GWIM Credit Securities Based Lending. You will lead a centralized SBL team, partner with Merrill advisors, and drive lending strategies to grow loan balances while ensuring risk controls and compliance across processes.

You will manage senior specialists and analysts, and you will be responsible for delivering SBL solutions to wealth management clients within the Indiana territory and adjacent markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial lending, wealth management lending, or delivering wealth management solutions to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Merrill leadership, advisors, and key business partners to deliver Securities-Based Lending (SBL) solutions to wealth management clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven coaching and talent development capabilities, with the ability to motivate and enhance individual and team performance.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize business development activities across multiple Merrill markets.
• Strong partnership and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across underwriting, risk, and other business functions.
• FINRA Series 7, 63 (or 66), and 24 licenses are required. Candidates not currently licensed must obtain all required licenses within 120 days of hire.
