Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking an experienced capital markets professional for the ISG Capital Markets New Issue team. The role focuses on origination, marketing, distribution, and ongoing product management of new issue solutions with GWIM client distribution.

Ideal candidates bring extensive investment banking experience, strong macroeconomic and financial markets knowledge, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in financial industry or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of investment banking including equity, debt, and related instruments.
• Strong analytical, valuation, and due diligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, evaluation, and deal execution for GWIM client distribution.
• Engage GCIB Capital Committee to review transactions and challenge due diligence.
• Coordinate with GCIB Legal and GWIM LOB to ensure documentation and compliance.
