Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial lending, wealth management lending, or delivering wealth management solutions to clients.
• Strong collaboration with Merrill leadership, advisors, and partners to deliver SBL solutions.
• Proven communication and coaching capabilities; ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple Merrill markets; strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of centralized SBL specialists and provide coverage to a defined territory.
• Cultivate relationships with Merrill advisors to identify credit opportunities and support client outreach.
• Develop and execute lending strategy in partnership with Merrill leadership to grow SBL objectives.
• Lead risk discipline, controls, and data integrity across processes and documentation.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and build bench strength across the organization.
