Job summary

Caelum Research Corporation seeks a Web & Systems Developer to deliver IT and Knowledge Management services for the Fire Center of Excellence, Fort Sill. You will design and enhance internal/external websites, portals, and dashboards (WPDAP) while ensuring robust security and a positive user experience.

Responsibilities include developing Power Platform apps and BI dashboards, SharePoint administration, and integrating blogs, feeds, audio/video content, and social APIs in compliance with DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of Web and Systems Development related experience.
• Experience with MS 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure DevOps.
• Web development and webmaster support with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VB Script.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical guidance for internal and external WPDAP, data management, data visualization, AI, and workflow automation.
• Design, develop, and maintain USAFCOEFS digital assets, including SharePoint administration and dashboards.
• Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and ensure cybersecurity, information security, and policy compliance.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance to USAFCOEFS and tenant units.
• Develop web content with Blogs, RSS/News feeds, audio/video, and social APIs.
• Create and edit print/web assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
