Job summary

Caelum Research Corporation seeks a Web & Systems Developer to deliver IT and knowledge-management services for USAFCOEFS at Fort Sill, OK, on-site. You will lead design, management, and enhancement of internal/external websites and platforms (WPDAP), ensuring robust security and strong UX.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, experience with MS 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, data visualization, AI, and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field required.
Minimum 5 years in Web and Systems Development.
Experience with MS 365, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, X code, VS Code, PowerQuery.
Proficient in web development and webmaster support: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dynamic/static interfaces.
Experience creating SharePoint pages, managing permissions, and building workflows.
Ability to assess new technologies for integration with existing web environments and compliance with DoD standards.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance for USAFCOEFS internal and external WPDAP, including data management, data visualization, AI, and automation.
Design, develop, and maintain USAFCOEFS digital assets and Power Platform apps, dashboards, and SharePoint administration.
Create and edit blogs, RSS feeds, and media content; ensure accessibility and proper APIs for social platforms.
Perform content reviews for accuracy and regulatory compliance; update information and assets.
Support cybersecurity policies and information assurance across managed internet services.
Troubleshoot IT issues for USAFCOEFS and tenant units; provide technical assistance as needed.
Develop and maintain web content with Blogs, RSS/News feeds, audio/video content.
