Job summary

eTRANSERVICES seeks a seasoned Power Platform developer to design, build, test, deploy, and sustain secure Power Apps and workflows for Army sustainment processes and approved data sources.

You will integrate SEA dashboards, Power BI/Azure services, and AI/ML interfaces, collaborate with Azure, BI, and mission stakeholders, and ensure proper security roles, testing, and deployment procedures.

Qualifications

• DoD SECRET security clearance required at the time of application.
• DD Form 254, CAC, installation access, information assurance, AT/OPSEC, and task-order access requirements must be satisfied.
• Strong written and oral communication, able to work with technical and mission stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of application-development experience; 3+ years with Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Hands-on proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, approved connectors, security roles, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and sustain Power Apps for Army sustainment workflows.
• Develop Power Automate workflows, business logic, data connections, and Power BI/Azure integrations.
• Support automation, interfaces, and decision-support features.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and sustain Power Apps for Army sustainment workflows.
• Develop Power Automate workflows, business logic, role-based functions, data connections, and Power BI/Azure integrations.
• Support Task 6 automation, recommendation interfaces, virtual-assistant integrations, and user-facing decision-support functions.
• Conduct iterative design sessions, demonstrations, user testing, defect resolution, and release planning.
• Implement security roles, application configuration, technical designs, test scripts, deployment procedures, and user documentation.
• Collaborate with Azure, BI, and AI/ML personnel to ensure reliable data integration and cohesive user experience.

Required qualifications

• Active U.S. DoD SECRET security clearance required at the time of application.
• Ability to satisfy applicable DD Form 254, CAC, installation access, information assurance, AT/OPSEC, and other task-order access requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with technical and mission stakeholders.
