Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in cybersecurity or IT.
• Experience administering enterprise web security, secure web gateway, proxy, or internet security technologies.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL, authentication, DNS, and firewalls.
• Experience analyzing security events, logs, and operational data.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize secure web gateway technologies and related infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and manage web access security policies and user access controls.
• Lead troubleshooting for complex web access, proxy, and connectivity issues.
• Evaluate and implement improvements to security posture and operational efficiency.
• Investigate security incidents involving web traffic and support incident response activities.
• Collaborate with identity, monitoring, CASB, DLP, SIEM, and cloud teams on integrations.
