Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Record Center Specialist to join our Operations team in Houston. You will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of customer assets while efficiently processing and managing secure storage containers within our record center.

In this role, you will handle order fulfillment using the Safekeeper system, perform physical logistics, and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or records center.
Strong knowledge of basic computer equipment, data entry, and industry tools.
Lifting up to 60 pounds and performing physical tasks safely.
High School diploma or equivalent with proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

Process and fulfill customer orders by utilizing the Safekeeper system to accurately scan carton barcodes and locations, managing an average of 200 secure storage boxes daily for retrieval or return.
Execute all physical logistics, including safely loading and unloading trailers, moving, weighing, sorting, and disassembling items, while safely operating necessary tools and equipment.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security protocols by maintaining a clean, secure work area and rigorously safeguarding customer information at all times.
