Qualifications

• Comfort with flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service and accurate intake for exam candidates.
• Proctor online exams, makeup exams, and special accommodations.
• Maintain exam center security and protocol adherence at all times.
• Troubleshoot basic technology issues affecting exam administration.
• Perform clerical tasks and data entry as directed.
• Maintain equipment, furniture, and overall readiness of the testing center.
• Escort candidates to testing rooms and manage any immediate issues.
