Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service, reception, and accurate intake for all exam candidates.
• Utilize proctoring procedures to support a secure exam environment.
• Administer and process online exams and makeup exams as assigned.
• Follow all exam security protocols at all times.
• Maintain credentials and complete annual qualifications exams.
• Troubleshoot basic technology problems affecting exam administration.
