Job summary

C3EL is seeking a cleared and experienced Enterprise Voice Engineer to join our on-site team at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. You will sustain, maintain, and enhance DISA voice services, ensuring secure, reliable, and mission-ready communications for DoD and national security organizations.

Responsibilities include configuring voice networks, performing fault analysis, and supporting SIP signaling and call flows across Cisco and Juniper platforms.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active in-scope US Government Secret clearance.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Experience with Cisco, Avaya, or Oracle voice platforms (CUCM, Unity, CUBE, SBC, Avaya Aura).
• Expertise in SIP signaling and call flow.
• Experience diagnosing complex network problems in large voice implementations.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering tasks to maintain a large, complex and highly resilient IP voice and video communications infrastructure.
• Manage, configure, troubleshoot and assure service supporting voice, video and data networks.
• Perform system maintenance, support capacity planning activities and complete configuration change actions and documentation efforts.
• Configure and implement calling search spaces, route plans, route partitions, route lists and device profiles.
• Analyze and configure Cisco or Juniper routing and switching devices.
• Support distributed firewall infrastructure.
• Develop technical policy, work instructions, and reporting for an enterprise IP telephony network.
• Analyze and resolve SIP signaling, call flows, and remote site registration issues.
• Validate change requests and ensure accuracy.
• Perform fault analysis and configuration of voice subscribers and routing rules.
