Fathom 4, LLC is seeking an experienced engineer to transform how our DoD customers build, test, and deploy IT systems in secure environments. You will design CI/CD pipelines, automate provisioning of Windows and Linux, and apply IaC to create reproducible baselines.

The role requires 7+ years in automated IT infrastructure, strong scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash), and DoD-friendly experience. This on-site position in North Charleston, SC offers opportunities to work with cutting-edge tools

Competenze

• BS degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related IT major from ABET-accredited program.
• Agile Developer certification or Certified Scrum Developer certification.

Mansioni

• Architect and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for automated system builds, testing, security validation, and deployment.
• Automate provisioning and configuration of Windows and Linux systems, virtual machines, containers, and supporting infrastructure.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC), configuration management, and scripting to create consistent, reproducible system baselines.
• Integrate automated testing, cybersecurity scanning, STIG compliance, and release management into deployment workflows.
• Evaluate technologies and develop solutions appropriate for secure, restricted, and disconnected DoD environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and government stakeholders to demonstrate solutions, communicate technical direction, and drive adoption.
