Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Digital Banking Full Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable web and mobile banking experiences.

You will work across product, architecture, security, and operations to create reliable, high-performing digital banking capabilities with a focus on usability, security, and cross-channel consistency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience in web and mobile apps.
• Strong C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core experience.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript with React/Angular/Vue.
• Designing, developing RESTful APIs and web services with security.
• Experience with microservices and SOA architectures.
• Relational databases and SQL proficiency.
• Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• AI-assisted development experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support for web and mobile banking apps.
• Develop responsive, accessible online banking UIs and mobile apps.
• Build secure RESTful APIs and microservices for banking features.
• Create and maintain deployable microservices with observability and logging.
• Implement server-side components using .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core.
• Integrate apps with core banking, payment and identity services.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Apply secure SDLC practices and governance requirements.
• Lead cross-team coordination and mentorship.
