Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a part-time front desk associate to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced property setting. Candidates should be independent, greeting guests warmly and maintaining strong communication with residents and team members.

The role requires a valid SORA license and the ability to work on-site. You will handle deliveries, coordinate contractors and visits, enforce rules, and provide friendly service while wearing the supplied uniform.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with team, property management, and residents/guests to ensure smooth operations.
• Receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring timely delivery to residents.
• Coordinate contractor arrivals and visits from realtors or potential buyers/renters.
• Remind residents of rules and regulations set by management.
• Follow access procedures for residents, guests, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to resident requests, calls, and questions.
• Maintain a neat appearance in supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with residents and guests.

We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $22.00.This position requires a valid SORA license.

Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

• You will ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members, property management, and residents/guests.
• Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring deliveries are delivered to residents efficiently.
• Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/potential homebuyer/renter visits.
• Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
• Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with the residents.
