Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC in San Diego is seeking a friendly, independent part-time Front Desk Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The pay is $20.00 per hour, with weekly pay and paid training. You will handle deliveries, greet residents and guests, and coordinate with property management and contractors to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations and service by communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
• Receive and sign for deliveries using property-specific systems.
• Coordinate contractor arrivals and visits with realtors and potential buyers/renters.
• Advise residents/guests of rules set by property management.
• Follow access procedures for residents, guests, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to resident requests, calls, questions, or concerns.
• Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with residents.

We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this part-time position is $20.00 per hour.

• You will ensure smooth operations and service by effectively communicating with your team members, property management, and residents/guests.
• Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring deliveries are delivered to residents efficiently.
• Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/potential homebuyer/renter visits.
• Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the property management.
• Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with the residents.
