Industrial Security Integrators, LLC (ISI Enterprises) seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead IT modernization and cloud migration efforts in GCC and GCC High environments, ensuring federal compliance throughout the lifecycle.

You will manage scopes, budgets, and schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide regular client updates while aligning with DoD and federal agency requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires current, interim eligibility or prior security clearance.
• US citizenship is required by federal regulation.
• Interim clearances will be accepted for consideration.
• Candidates must have held or currently hold a security clearance or have documented eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cloud migration and IT modernization projects with GCC/GCC High focus.
• Manage scope, budget, and schedules to align with business objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Serve as primary client liaison with regular status updates and issue resolution.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery; escalate critical issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and security frameworks (NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, FedRAMP).
• Oversee deployment of cloud tools and services to GCC/GCC High environments (SharePoint, Office 365, etc.).
• Lead PMO governance, reports, and change-management artifacts.
