Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DevOps/DevSecOps or Cloud/Systems Engineering experience.
• Hands-on AWS with EKS/Kubernetes deployments and EC2 management.
• Proven GitLab CI/CD pipeline development and security integration.
• Python or Bash scripting for automation of configurations and backups.
• Experience integrating SAST/DAST and container scanning into CI/CD.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and liaise with QA leads.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines within GitLab with DevSecOps gates.
• Standardize deployment templates and workflows to boost development velocity.
• Lead deployment and testing platforms (e.g., Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad, LiveCompare).
• Manage hybrid deployments; ensure interoperability between EKS microservices and EC2 monoliths.
• Manage and scale AWS infrastructure (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS).
• Implement strict cloud security controls (IAM, VPC, least privilege).
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting across EKS and EC2 for uptime.
• Troubleshoot environment-related failures and performance bottlenecks.
