Job summary

LMI is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer with strong DevSecOps expertise to design, build, and operate secure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines supporting U.S. Army enterprise programs.

The role requires an active Secret clearance and will manage hybrid deployments across AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, RDS). Salary target ranges are provided, with remote options and a focus on secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud/Systems Engineering.
• Hands-on AWS with EKS and EC2.
• Experience building, securing, and maintaining complex GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting with Python or Bash for automation.
• Security tooling integrated into CI/CD pipelines (SAST/DAST, container scanning).
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines within GitLab with automated vulnerability scanning and compliance gates.
• Standardize deployment templates and pipeline workflows for faster development velocity.
• Lead deployment, configuration, and scaling of ERP testing platforms (Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad, LiveCompare).
• Manage and troubleshoot hybrid deployments, ensuring interoperability between containerized services on EKS and monolithic apps on EC2.
