Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3–10 years in database administration with a cloud focus.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
• Familiarity with database security best practices and compliance.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
• Security+ or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize cloud-based database systems.
• Design, implement, and manage cloud databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL).
