Job summary

C3EL is seeking a Secure Audio/Video (AV) / SIPRNet Support Engineer to provide technical, administrative, and end-user support for enterprise secure AV and VC systems in a classified DHS/DoD environment.

The role requires AV/VTC expertise, SIPRNet/classified-network experience, cybersecurity compliance knowledge, and strong customer support skills to aid end users and Government personnel.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher is required.
• Experience supporting AV, VTC, or collaboration systems in an enterprise setting.
• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting video endpoints.
• Experience within SIPRNet or other classified networks.
• Cybersecurity compliance knowledge for government systems.
• Ability to apply DISA STIG/SRG guidance and perform patching and updates.
• Strong hardware/software troubleshooting for AV/VTC systems.
• Ability to document issues, configurations, and resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for secure AV/VTC systems and end users.
• Monitor, configure, update, and troubleshoot SIPRNet-connected endpoints.
• Perform setup, deployment, and troubleshooting of secure AV endpoints.
• Diagnose and remediate hardware/software/network issues affecting AV/VTC.
• Provide direct technical assistance to users in secure conferencing.
• Coordinate with Government personnel, vendors, and support teams.
• Maintain configurations and inventory for SIPRNet AV devices.
• Apply OS and firmware updates and security patches.
