Job summary

C3EL is seeking a Secure AV / SIPRNet Support Engineer to provide technical, administrative, and end-user support for enterprise secure AV and Video Conferencing (VC) systems operating within a classified Department of Homeland Security/Department of Defense environment.

The successful candidate will support the operation, configuration, maintenance, cybersecurity compliance, and troubleshooting of enterprise SIPRNet video conferencing endpoints.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and eligibility for CAC access.
Active Secret or higher security clearance.
Experience with AV/VTC and SIPRNet in enterprise or classified environments.
Experience applying DoD/DISA security guidelines.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical contact for secure AV/VTC systems and end users.
Monitor and troubleshoot SIPRNet-connected endpoints and AV systems.
Deploy and configure secure AV/VTC endpoints.
Resolve hardware, software, and network issues affecting AV/VTC services.
Provide direct technical assistance to users.
Coordinate with Government personnel, vendors, and support teams.
Maintain documentation and inventory for SIPRNet AV devices.
Apply OS updates, firmware, and security patches.
Support STIG/SRG compliance and vulnerability remediation.
