Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Secure AI delivery and client leadership across AI security domains. You will own workstreams, mentor teams, and drive sales opportunities from RFPs to proposals, translating complex AI security concepts into business narratives for executives.

Travel 75-100% may be required; you will contribute to Secure AI offerings and accelerator development, shaping solutions for enterprise AI adoption with robust governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Cybersecurity with domain expertise in at least one discipline.
• Minimum 1 year in Secure AI domain: AI security architecture or cloud/infrastructure security for AI.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Agentic coding fluency: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI architecture: LLM deployment patterns, agentic systems, RAG pipelines.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI-specific security: OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, model extraction.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AI governance frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST RMF, model risk.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12+ years work experience (6+ years if Associate).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Cybersecurity Secure AI solutions that transform clients’ Enterprise AI adoption.
• Design, set-up, and test secure AI deployment solutions and ensure pieces work together.
• Collaborate with project teams to create stand-out Secure AI offerings powered by LLMs and agents.
• Develop relationships with clients and gain trust of key advisors.
• Make the business case for the most effective secure AI solution.
• Support Accenture sales efforts when needed.
• Advance technical and business expertise in AI security and related fields.
• Deliver services that meet project quality specifications.
• Communicate, interact, and collaborate to address all tasks.
