Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Secure AI consulting across the AI security lifecycle. You will own workstreams, mentor teams, drive client engagements from scoping to delivery, and contribute to offerings and accelerators in Secure AI services.

You will translate complex AI security concepts for executive audiences, build trusted advisor relationships, and support sales pursuits while advancing Accenture's Secure AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity with domain expertise in at least one discipline (AppSec, SecOps, IAM, cloud, GRC, or offensive security).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in at least one Secure AI domain: AI security architecture, adversarial AI, or cloud/infrastructure security for AI.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Agentic coding fluency: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Codex.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI architecture: LLM deployment patterns, agentic/multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, MLOps, A2A, AI Gateways, MCP Gateways.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in AI-specific security: OWASP LLM Top 10, prompt injection, model extraction, supply chain attacks.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AI governance frameworks: EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, model risk management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Secure AI solutions that transform clients’ Enterprise AI adoption and secure their AI-enabled operations.
• Design, set-up, and test prototype and production secure AI deployment solutions and ensure compatibility.
• Collaborate with project teams to create standout AI security offerings powered by LLM platforms and gated ecosystems.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors.
• Make the business case for the most effective secure AI solution recommended to the client.
• Support Accenture sales efforts and contribute to pursuit activity.
• Continue to learn and develop foundational AI, AI security, and related business expertise.
• Deliver services that meet project quality specifications.
