Job summary

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a Section Specialist to join our team. After initial in-person training, this role could have the flexibility to work from home up to 1 day a week, within a merit-based program.

The position requires performing complex duties, clear communication by phone or letter, and possible responsibility for directing others within the department.

Qualifications

• High school education or its equivalent preferred.
• Three or four years of job-related experience and some educational coursework desirable.
• Ability to understand and carry out complex verbal and/or written instructions.
