Qualifications

• Flexibility for occasional and/or seasonal overtime.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and associates at all levels.
• Review and answer basic customer inquiries.
• Conduct computer inquiries and entries for customer accounts.
• Research problems and communicate solutions to customers as needed.
• Collect pertinent information from customers to handle inquiries timely and accurately.
• Prioritize and organize work to ensure timely completion.
• Document customer requests and assist agents with basic tasks.
• Handle confidential information per Company standards.
• Maintain punctual attendance at a Company-approved location.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
