Job summary

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated carrier, seeks a Policy Service Technician in our Underwriting department. You will communicate with policyholders, claimants, agents and other departments, enter source documents, and apply instructions to transactions.

After initial in-person training, you may have merit-based work-from-home time as defined by leadership. A high school education and strong data-handling skills are required, with emphasis on confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications
