Glen Raven, a global leading manufacturer of performance fabrics, is seeking a Production Operations Section Leader for a 12-hour night shift in our manufacturing facility. The shift hours are either 7pm-7am, 7:30pm-7:30am, or 8pm-8am, on a NON-ROTATING 2-2-3 Schedule.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead daily operations for the shift team and coordinate with other departments.
• Follow safety policies and practices to prevent injuries.
• Correct unsafe behaviors and conditions immediately.
• Report any work-related injuries to your Department Manager.
• Lead shift meetings as needed.
• Manage and delegate tasks without an owner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in textile or manufacturing industries preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Committed to safety and quality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize manufacturing functions.
