Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Metallurgy, or equivalent.
• 10–12 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Manage site reliability engineering.
• Direct and coordinate preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee site capital/infrastructure project engineering.
• Direct engineering and project management from initiation through commissioning.
• Support asset maintenance, restoration, and equipment improvement.
• Develop short- and long-range operating plans, budgets, and targets.
• Prioritize work requests to meet safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Direct, coordinate, and motivate department personnel.
