Job summary

The Ohio State University Division of Cardiovascular Medicine seeks a board-certified/eligible interventional cardiologist to lead the interventional and structural heart programs as Section Director. The role advances patient care, faculty development, education, research, and program growth at the Ross Heart Hospital and Wexner Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible/Certified.
• Completion of a US-accredited Interventional Cardiology fellowship.
• Completion of a US-accredited Structural Heart fellowship is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of clinical interventional cardiology with a structural heart focus.
• Eligible for Ohio medical license.
• Clinical or translational research experience preferred.
• Qualify for an academic appointment at The Ohio State University; rank and salary commensurate with training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the interventional cardiology and structural heart disease programs.
• Provide senior leadership for clinical, academic, operational, and strategic direction.
• Advance high-quality patient care and faculty development.
• Support research and program growth across the cardiovascular enterprise.
• Collaborate across the cardiovascular division and with the Wexner Medical Center.
