Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Physician or Physician Scientist to lead the Interventional Cardiology and Structural Heart Disease programs as Section Director. An Open Rank/Track Faculty appointment is available with senior leadership responsibilities.

The successful candidate will advance patient care, faculty development, education, and research, focusing on expanding coronary artery disease treatment and structural heart interventions at our Ross Heart Hospital.

Qualifications

Board-certified/eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
Completion of US-accredited Interventional Cardiology fellowship.
Structural Heart fellowship is a plus but not required.
5–10 years of clinical interventional cardiology experience with structural heart focus.
Eligible for Ohio license; strong research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead an elite team of academic interventionalists at associate/full professor rank.
Provide senior clinical, academic, operational, and strategic direction for interventional cardiology and structural heart programs.
Advance high-quality patient care, faculty development, education, and research.
Expand coronary and structural heart treatments within a world-class facility.
