Job summary

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a board-certified/board-eligible interventional cardiologist to lead an elite team at associate or full professor rank. This role provides senior leadership for clinical, academic, operational, and strategic direction of interventional cardiology and structural heart programs.

The successful candidate will focus on expanding treatment of coronary artery disease and structural heart disease to support

Qualifications

Board eligible or certified in interventional cardiology.
Completed US accredited Interventional Cardiology fellowship.
Completed US accredited Structural Heart fellowship a plus but not required.
5–10 years of clinical experience in interventional cardiology with a significant structural heart disease practice.
Eligible for an Ohio license.
Clinical or translational research experience preferred.
Qualify for an academic appointment; rank and salary commensurate with training and experience.

Responsibilities

Lead an elite team of interventional cardiology physicians at associate or full professor rank.
Provide senior leadership for clinical, academic, operational, and strategic direction of interventional cardiology and structural heart programs.
Expand treatment of coronary artery disease and structural heart disease to support inpatient and outpatient interventional and structural heart programs.
Foster multidisciplinary collaboration across the cardiovascular enterprise.
