Job summary

National Housing Compliance is seeking an Asset Manager in Atlanta to join the Asset Management Team. You will review rent adjustments for accuracy, process HAP contract renewals and terminations, and ensure compliance with HUD Section 8 guidelines.

The role involves managing a portfolio, data integrity, and timely invoicing while maintaining strong relationships with owners, HUD staff, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has knowledge of HUD Section 8 Renewal Policy Guidebook and 4–6 years of

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HUD Section 8 Renewal Policy Guidebook requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills for data review and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review rent adjustments for accuracy and process renewals.
• Handle contract renewals, terminations, and rent adjustments (OCAF, Budget-Based, RCS).
• Maintain compliance with Section 8 program guidelines and audit quality control.
• Prepare monthly invoice documentation and manage data entry for assigned portfolio.
